1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your use of the CmX website, the CmX Passenger app and the CmX Agency app (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What CmX is
CmX is a digital platform that connects passengers and senders with independent transport agencies, drivers and riders for bus, train, taxi, bike and parcel services. CmX is not a carrier. The transport or delivery service is provided by the agency or driver shown on your booking, under their own operating licence.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login and phone number secure and for all activity under your account. Agencies and drivers must provide accurate registration documents and keep them up to date; CmX may suspend accounts that fail verification.
4. Bookings and tickets
A booking is confirmed when payment is received and a digital ticket or parcel receipt is issued in the app. Tickets are personal, valid only for the trip, date and seat shown, and must be presented as a QR code at boarding. Schedules are set by agencies and may change; CmX will notify you of changes through the app where possible.
5. Payments, wallet and escrow
Payments are collected by CmX on behalf of the agency and held in escrow until the service is completed, after which they are released to the agency wallet less the platform commission. Prices are shown in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
6. Parcels
Senders must declare parcel contents, weight and dimensions accurately. Prohibited items include cash, weapons, illegal goods, perishable goods without agreement, and dangerous materials. Agencies may inspect and refuse parcels. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value up to the cap stated at booking, unless otherwise required by law.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by making fraudulent bookings, sharing tickets, harassing drivers or staff, or interfering with the app. CmX may cancel bookings and suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Liability
CmX provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CmX is not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries or losses caused by agencies, drivers, weather, road conditions or events outside its control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the country where you use the service.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the CmX site you use. Contact the local CmX team for any question about these Terms.
